NXT Level Plus is a high quality, cement-based, free-flowing underlayment for use in leveling interior substrates. Rapid setting formula produces a flat, smooth and hard surface for the installation of finished flooring. NXT Level Plus can be placed from 1/8–1 1/4" (3–32 mm) in a single lift.

Shelf Life
Factory sealed containers of this product are guaranteed to be of first quality for one (1) year* if stored off the ground in a dry area.
Limitations
Do not install NXT™ Level Plus over particleboard, chipboard, hardboard (Masonite®), Luan panels, asbestos, gypsum-based patching materials, asphalt, coal tar, or lightweight insulating concrete or any other dimensionally unstable materials.
NXT Level Plus is not recommended for steel-wheeled traffic.
For interior use only.
Do not install when surface temperature is below 40°F (4°C) or above 90°F (32°C).
Do not install over painted surfaces.
Do not exceed recommended mixing ratio as indicated in mixing instructions. Over watering will weaken product properties.
Never mix with cement or admixtures.
Do not apply NXT Level Plus over waterproofing or crack isolation membranes.
Adhesives/mastics, mortars and grouts for ceramic tile, pavers, brick and stone are not replacements for waterproofing membranes. When a waterproofing membrane is required, use a LATICRETE® Waterproofing Membrane on top of the dry NXT Level Plus.
Not for use in submerged applications.
Not for use as a wear surface.
Note: Substrate deflection under all live, dead and impact loads, including concentrated loads, shall comply with applicable building code and finish floor manufacturer requirements.

Protect finished work from traffic until fully cured.
Contains portland cement and silica sand. May irritate eyes and skin. Avoid contact with eyes or prolonged contact with skin. In case of contact, flush thoroughly with water.
Do not take internally. Silica sand may cause cancer or serious lung problems. Avoid breathing dust. Wear a respirator in dusty areas.
Keep out of reach of children.
