Description
This is an expansion joint consisting of a stainless steel visible profile, an aluminium profile with tip form to facilitate the placement in the fixing material and a principal body of microcellular rubber EDPM. Specially designed to be placed with thick floor coverings when using traditional mortar. Its principal function is to avoid the accumulation of tensions caused by expansions and contractions, caused by thermal variations.
The novojunta decor brings the quality, resistance, durability and beauty characteristic nof stainless steel. Novojunta decor stainless steel has a protector film that prevents stains and damage during the placement and its transport. Its excellent appearance and its high resistance to characterize stainless steel, which provides profiles qualitities and a high durability to withstand the weather without imperfections. The stainless steel will not darken over time.
This material is recommended for public establishments, for its extreme chemical and mechanical strength. Very popular in the current construction, fulfilling the expectations of architecture more demanding.
Good resistance to corrosion and atmospheric oxidation due to the ownership of these alloys to create a protective layer in the presence of an oxidizing environment. The formation of a chromium oxide film distributed uniformly throughout the material surface, invisible and strongly adhering to it, which is capable of self regenerateif it loses its serve for the protection of stainless steel.
