Description

This profile for expansion joints in arrow shape, made in coextruded PVC which results in two bodies, rigid and flexible, which allows it to absorb small variations of movement and offer a good resistance. The high density area acquires the ideal rigidity for supporting the tile and joining the mortar while the top area, with low density, allows the movement without permanent deformation due to its higher yield strength.

Thanks to its design, it brings a constant continuity to the pavement without swelling and crack. In a different way it makes it versatile and functionality for a large variety of ceramic endings.

The fixing wings have an octagonal hole to make possible the transfer of the fixing material, guaranteeing an optimal installation and life.

Any compound comes from recycled plastic material. This fact affects positively the good behavior of the product guaranteeing the best quality.

ALLOWED MOVEMENT

It allows movement of + / – 0'7mm.

Thermal change*: 40^oC

* The thermal change has been calculated considering a installation with thermal expansion co-efficient of 0,007 mm^oC / m and placed the joints each 5m.

Operating temperature

PVC can be used between -5^oC TO 60^oC
