ROBERTS 7399 UNIVERSAL PLUS offers tremendous bond strength and
unparalleled moisture and plasticizer migration resistance for a wide variety of
flooring. 7399 can be used as a wet set or as a true pressure sensitive adhesive
(dry to touch) when installing over non-porous substrates with an extended
open time up to 12 hours, depending on the flooring type being installed. Ready
for immediate light traffic and heavy traffic (including rolling loads) after just
48 hours.

Uses
LVT/LVP, WPC/SPC, VCT/VET, solid vinyl sheet goods, homogeneous and
heterogeneous sheet flooring, fiberglass-backed sheet flooring, compressed
quartz tile, bio-based composition tile, cork-backed hard surface, cork
underlayment, ROBERTS Sound Barricade, vinyl-backed broadloom carpet,
carpet tiles (hard & soft), recycled rubber and underlayment, and carpet
cushions to substrate.
